My Surprise Baby Shower!!!
I had a surprise baby shower on December 9, 2006 which my husband Ashwin and his Aunt Vani were secretly planning for months . A few days before the shower however, I kind of figured that something was going on. I suspected a baby shower but I had no clue when and where it was. I also did not know who the invitees were. All I knew at this point was that items were being bought from my baby registry at BabiesRUs. I was very excited and I made sure I was always well dressed when I left the house with Ashwin. 
It was really wonderful to see some family members and some of our friends at the shower. Vani had excellent food at her place. I got some nice and useful gifts and I would like to thank everyone who came to the shower and got those beautiful gifts for our baby. It was a joyous occasion. As Ashwin and I approach the due date, we are preparing for the baby’s arrival. We have been actively shopping and decorating the nursery. We painted the baby’s nursery a soft yellow and bought complimentary white furniture. The nursery pictures are also on my picture gallery.
