my story
Hi, I'm Geeta Bihari.
After years of being a medical mystery and dealing with chronic injuries, surgeries, and navigating life with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, I discovered something powerful:
with the right knowledge, strategy, and strength training, hypermobile bodies can become incredibly resilient. Now I help others do the same.
I know, on a deeply personal level, what it feels like when chronic pain takes over your life—and the healthcare system lets you down again and again.
After eight surgeries, including five major orthopedic procedures, multiple shoulder dislocations, countless musculoskeletal injuries, and a wide range of systemic challenges impacting my skin, eyes, gut, nervous system, and immune system… I’ve lived through the complexity, the frustration, and the uncertainty.
But I didn’t stop there.
Through my own journey of healing and transformation, I became a student of my body—learning, adapting, and rebuilding from the ground up. What started as survival evolved into something much greater: a deep passion for health, fitness, and nutrition, and a calling to help others navigate what can feel impossible.
Today, at 45, I am the strongest I’ve ever been—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.
And I truly believe that: progress is still progress, no matter how slow or nonlinear.
"The best is yet to be"

My MISSION
My mission is to empower people living with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and Hypermobility spectrum disorders to understand their bodies, rebuild strength safely, and break free from the frustrating cycle of injuries and chronic pain. Through education, movement, and reflection, I help people rediscover confidence in what their bodies are capable of.
